Customer Service Representative:

(Full-time Availability)

DF COMPUTER CENTRE is currently seeking Customer Service Representative with excellent communication skills

You Will Be Accountable For:

■ Understand customer needs by phone and email, and identify opportunities to promote our products and services to the customers,

■ Ensure customer problems are handled appropriately, escalating issues when necessary

■ Create service reports, and monthly reports.

■ knowledge of cell phone products, services

■ Assisting with store merchandising, returns, and ensure the store is safe,
clean and well organized at all times

■ Ensuring clients receive exceptional after sales service

YOU Will Possess the Following Competencies & Experience

• Passionate about customer service and computers/electronics.

• Excellent communication skills (verbal & written).

• Familiarity with cell phone parts and accessories.

• High energy and a proven ability to solve problems.

• Drive to move into more senior positions (i.e. Sr. customer experience sales
associate, supervisor, or store manager).

• Strong MS office skills and experience working with customer databases,
Inventory & POS systems.
